Volunteer Board Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a Secretary on our Board of Directors!

 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a lasting impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend board meetings (mostly by Zoom) and take accurate minutes

  • Organize and maintain board meeting records

  • Assist with correspondence and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for keeping things running smoothly

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role with a non-profit is preferred but not required
